"Lunch With the Chef" is a unique opportunity for you to experience first hand the magic that takes place inside  a  gourmet restaurant's kitchen.  You will learn the techniques used by master chefs and help The Vernier's Executive Chef, Dan Stackpoole,  prepare an appetizer, an entree and a dessert.  Dan has created a series of cooking classes that features Italian, French and Caribbean cuisines among other delectable culinary temptations. 

     It's likely that your most enjoyable experience will occur after you prepare your meal and sit down at a table to have "Lunch with the Chef"!

        The "Lunch With the Chef" classes are offered throughout the year.  Classes are held typically on Saturday mornings between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM.  A reservation is required.  You can make group reservations for classes either at our restaurant or for an off site class in your kitchen.  Call 586.725.0361 for more information and details.
